How can I obtain an invite to the next round of wine challenges?

1M EUR will be spent here on Madeira …. but when I hear (official) readings that for example Netherlands has spent last year over 60 million euros on fireworks (private sale) … which also took 8 – 10 minutes …. but only watching the few fireworks on the block where you were at that moment …. then I prefer Madeira’s way of New Year celebration.
